Day 02

Ouarzazate – Valley of Roses – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges

After breakfast, we leave Ouarzazate for Skoura, where we visit the Kasbah of Amredil, a beautiful kasbah on the "Route of a Thousand Kasbahs." The journey continues through the Valley of Roses and, off-road, past the possibility of visiting a nomad family living in caves. You'll visit the Dades Gorges and its striking rock formations before a lunch break in Boulmane du Dades. In the afternoon we continue to Tinghir and on to the Todra Gorges to take in their marvelous canyon views. Dinner and overnight in a kasbah hotel.

Day 03

Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Erg Chebbi (Merzouga)

This morning, you'll walk around the palm plantations and enjoy panoramic views of the Todra River. We then drive toward Tinjedad for lunch at a local restaurant, passing several villages such as Touroug (a Berber village) and El-Jarf before reaching Erfoud, where you'll visit a local fossil craft workshop. From there, we continue to the captivating dunes of Erg Chebbi, also known as the Merzouga dunes. On arrival, you'll set off on a camel trek of an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset, riding on to the desert camp for an overnight stay in a traditional nomad tent, with dinner in the bivouac among the dunes.

Day 04

Merzouga – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes

You'll ride your camel back to the hotel to shower before departing for Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous, and the Ziz Valley, stopping for a panoramic view of the Aoufous oasis in the Tafilalet region. We continue to Midelt across the Tizi N'talghamt pass for a lunch break, then drive on to Fes via the cedar forest near Azrou and the Middle Atlas mountains, with the possibility of seeing Barbary macaques.
